Terms & Conditions
Service Tax shall be charged on every payment at prevailing rate
(+/-­-) 3% Area in construction shall not be adjustable in prices.
Basic Selling Price is valid on limited stock and is subject to change without any notice from time to time at the sole discretion of the company, which will not affect those who have enrolled before.
In case of Withdrawal / Cancellation after confirmation of Booking, 10% Basic Cost of the Flat Shall be Forfeit.
Registration, stamp duty, court fees & Service tax shall be payable separately by the buyers as per authority/ Govt. norms
Cheque/ Draft to be issued only in favor of “ SAS Global private limited” Transfer Charges of Rs.30000 will be applicable
Drawings are conceptual and illustrative. Area and dimensions may change and will be adjusted in the basic price prevailing on the date of booking. The above areas are tentative & subject to change.
Possession of Flat shall be given as per the terms of allotment after receiving of final payment along with other charges and execution of sale deed.
Variation in the final layout and floor plans can be effected without any claim from the allottee.
Any additional facility that may be provided shall be charged extra.
